Fogland Beach Mandala Workshop
Forage - Focus - Photograph
Ignite your inner artist. Look deeper & connect with the Farmcoast at Fogland Beach. Explore Eco-art and wonder. Connect with like-minded people.
After a few minutes of introduction and explanation, Meredith will send you out on Fogland Beach to forage for fauna, shells, seaweed and hidden gems. After a short forage we will come back to the sandy area and start playing. We will start with squiggles, circles or other designs, you will be prompted to investigate your finds and let them guide you into your designs. Start simple or get intricate. It's up to you.
Once you finish, Meredith will show you some photo techniques to capture your art and then you can release your ephemeral art back into the wild and start another.

Eco-Art Mandala Workshop with Firefly Mandalas. Ignite your inner artist. Look deeper & connect with the nature. Connect with like-minded people.

After about a half hour outside, we will come back into the warehouse and start creating Mandalas. Be it circles, squares, hearts or other designs, you will be prompted to investigate your finds. Ignite your artistic soul by looking deeper & connecting with nature at the beach. Forage the seashore of this river beach for interesting shells, sea glass, wood and rocks.
